CosmoSync is designed around personal, relational and astrological data. This policy explains what is collected, why it is used and how you can control it.

Data we process
Account data (email, name, language and optional country); birth date, time and location; profiles you create; personality-test responses; calendar, birthday, check-in, journal and optional cycle information; subscription identifiers; AI requests and generated results; and technical security logs. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe on the web and Apple in the iOS app and are not stored by CosmoSync.
Purposes and AI
We use this data to operate your account, calculate profiles and compatibility, generate guidance, deliver reminders, secure sharing, manage subscriptions and improve reliability. AI output is a narrative aid, not a medical, psychological, legal or financial diagnosis. Data needed for an AI request may be processed by Base44 and its configured AI providers. We minimize the information sent and do not use a third person's information without an appropriate permission or lawful basis.
Sensitive and optional information
Relationship information, check-ins, journals and menstrual-cycle tracking are optional. You choose whether to provide them and may stop using those modules. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be used for contraception, fertility decisions or medical diagnosis.
Retention, sharing and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active and only as long as necessary afterwards for security, accounting or legal obligations. Shared links can be revoked. You can initiate complete account deletion inside Account & Settings; active shared links are revoked immediately and the request is processed within 30 days unless a legal retention duty applies. Apple subscriptions must also be canceled in your Apple account settings.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion, and withdraw optional consent at any time. Contact contact@cosmo-sync.com. Depending on your country, you may also contact your data-protection authority.
